Phosphate high alumina brick is a new type of environmental protection refractory material, which is composed of ordinary refractory material and light thermal insulation refractory material to meet the daily production requirements of users and save the cost of pulverized coal.


Performance characteristics

The added thermal insulation refractory can store heat, reduce heat loss, save fuel and reduce production cost.

After adding the same volume of insulating refractory materials, the total weight of the kiln lining decreases significantly to reduce energy consumption and load.

The dimensions of the phosphate high alumina bricks depend on the different parts used. In addition to standard bricks, there is phosphate knife brick, a versatile arc facing brick. It is also possible to process different sizes according to the drawings.

Phosphate bonded high alumina brick belongs to low-temperature sintering brick and is chemically bonded high alumina brick. It is made by taking phosphoric acid solution as binder, press molding and firing at 500-600c. The load softening temperature of phosphate bonded high alumina brick is not very high, about 1350 degrees, but the wear resistance coefficient is high. Moreover, the application range is not very wide, and it is mainly used in the transition zone, cooling zone, castor cooler, kiln head cover and other parts of rotary kiln.

At present, the phosphate composite brick upgraded from phosphate bonded high alumina brick will reduce the kiln skin temperature of the rotary kiln by adding light components. The phosphate composite brick with a bulk density of more than 2.8g/cm3 can be used in the rotary kiln burning white lime, and the effect is good.

High alumina brick impregnated with phosphoric acid is to immerse the high alumina brick in the phosphoric acid solution and take it out from the phosphoric acid solution. And then put into use after baking at low temperature. After the high alumina brick is impregnated with phosphoric acid, the load softening temperature increases from 1520℃ to 1570℃, the porosity decreases obviously, the bulk density increases, and the bending strength also improves a lot.
